"Boundary" is a medium bodied fruit driven style comprising 90% Sangiovese, the Italian red varietal from Tuscany, a region that shares many climatic similarities with the Clare Valley, and 10% Cabernet.The wine is hand picked,crushed, fermented and pressed then aged in French oak.
