Palate:
The palate is fresh and zesty, with excellent minerality, a juicy mid-palate and a long lingering finish as is typical for the Hamelin Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Maturation on lees and barrel fermentation have been used to add palate depth and mouth feel.

Enjoy with freshly shucked oysters or pan seared scallops.
