The 2005 vintage was an exceptional year for the Rampant Red.

Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot (45%, 35%, 20%)
Colour:
A pink red hue with a deep pink red centre.
Bouquet:
Aromas of chocolate cake and cassis resonate on a sloid backing of fresh leather. Hints of dried herbs and vanillin char add complexity to the nose.
Palate:
The palate has excellent mid-palate sweetness and a long lingering length of flavour. It shows beautiful integration with fine rustic tannins.

Enjoy with an Australian BBQ or Sunday roast
