The 'painted lady' is a luscious full flavoured blend that is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a generous dollop of Merlot to provide warmth and feminine softness. The nose on this wine is lifted and dense with blackberry undertones. The palate has complex black fruit with a touch of savoury spice and cedar. The wine has a long clean finish that will stay that way under screwcap.
